Terms of Service Last updated: May 27, 2026 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By registering a domain name through Test Reseller Co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. 2. DOMAIN REGISTRATION 2.1 We offer domain registration services for .in, .co.in, .net.in, .org.in, .gen.in, .firm.in, and .ind.in extensions through NIXI (National Internet Exchange of India). 2.2 Domain registrations are subject to availability and NIXI's policies. 2.3 You are responsible for providing accurate registration information. 3. KYC VERIFICATION 3.1 All domain registrations require Aadhaar-based KYC verification as mandated by NIXI. 3.2 KYC must be completed within 7 days of payment. Failure to complete KYC will result in cancellation and refund. 3.3 We store KYC data securely and in compliance with applicable laws. 4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS 4.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. 4.2 Payments are non-refundable except in cases where KYC verification fails or domain registration fails. 4.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days. 5. DOMAIN RENEWAL 5.1 You are responsible for renewing your domain before expiry. 5.2 We will send renewal reminders via email but are not responsible for expired domains due to non-renewal. 6. PROHIBITED USE You may not use registered domains for illegal activities, spam, phishing, or any activity that violates Indian law. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 8. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. 9.
